  • Obviously, girlfriends
  • Fenced gardens

THINGS I DON'T MISS FROM 'HOME'

  • Rain
  • EastEnders (surprisingly, since I was a fan)
  • the M4
  • the M25
  • No parking spaces
  • Traffic
  • The London Tube
  • Paddington Station
  • Portion size (am far too happy with giant American platefuls)
  • Fenced gardens
